Open work permit online application

Hi,

I have submitted my PR application under family class spousal sponsorship and I received back a personal code through the website. I now believe that I can apply for the open work permit application (I currently have visitor status) but I cannot figure out which website to use to apply. I am trying on the IRCC portal (https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/home?lang=en) but do not see an option to start a work permit application. If anyone could assist, I would be grateful.

You can submit your open work permit through your GCkey account (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html) but first of all i think you need to receive your AOR before you can submit it.
