PR Application: Address and Travel History Help

i'm helping my friend fill up her PR Renewal application and watch several youtube for help/guidance

in one video, the presenter entered the same address several times as he left the country for vacation with different duration.
Address History Section
Jan 1, 2019_______Feb 1, 2019_______Same Address
Feb 21, 2019______Nov 3, 2020 _____Same Address

Travel History Section
Feb 2, 2019_______Feb 20, 2019______Vacation
Nov 4, 2020_______Nov 24, 2020_______Vacation

Is this the correct way to fill up the Address and Travel History?
do you need to do this even if you only have 1 main address from the past 5years, and had traveled outside Canada (vacation for over 10+ days)

What I have seen in the past is the following:

Make 5 columns, 1) From, 2) To, 3, Location, Reason, and Number of days. Here is an example:

Is this how to correctly fill up the Address History vs Travel History in Permanent Resident Application
Sample entry:
Same address from 2016 to present
Go on Vacation once a year

Section 10, with your history inside Canada, should be combined: 2016-01-01 to 2019-01-01 -- 1234 Main St. -- Vancouver... etc...

The rest looks good.

Sorry, section 19
