PR Card Renewal - Questions about completing the application form - 2022

I am stuck on the PR Card Renewal application form as I noticed that the instructions on the website state that we must fill out all sections and if a section does not apply to you write NA or non-applicable as incomplete applications will be returned.

But then I note that on the application form itself, some of the sections, such as section D (residency obligations) and section H (for lost/stolen/damaged cards), say something like complete only if it applies to you!

Should I actually put NA in every empty box/ box that doesn't apply to me? Such as the PO box for address (as I don't have a PO box), the mailing address (as I don't have an alternative mailing address), residency obligation section and solemn declaration for lost, stolen card (neither apply to me)?

I'm concerned that putting NA in sections/questions that don't apply to me will get my application rejected, but I am also concerned that leaving questions / sections blank will get my application rejected!
