Can my relative in Canada apply on my behalf? Actually my elder brother is a permanent residennt of Canada and he want to invite me in Canada. I have done masters in business administration in HR and currently doing job for last one year.
Not normally. Only in certain provinces can a relative help with your application. (Basically, you are awarded points for certain things, and in some provinces a relative gets you more points.)
