Hello,
When filling out the online application, I am having trouble with the signed date of the citizenship application. I am getting an error message stating that " The signed date must be one day after the eligibility to date" .
For reference, I landed into Canada on August 22nd, 2020 and I have not left Canada even for one day between that time and now. I am ready to apply for the Citizenship application but it is prompting me to select August 23rd, 2023 as the signed date. If I try to put today's date or any other date, it does not accept it and it shows in red and gives me the error message. I believe you should be putting the date that you are going to sign the application. Has anyone faced this problem when applying?
