visit visa to canada application

Good day everyone!. I'm a Filipino citizen. I just want to know if its possible for me to apply a visit visa online to canada from singapore? If yes, should i go to singapore and apply there? or can i just apply even if im here i the philippines? thank you so much for replies. Godbless :

I'm pretty sure you can apply online, but to be sure you can use this tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp in order to find out for sure.

Thanks for your reply Riley. sure ill try to use that link. If i will apply in singapore, going to canada, is it necessary for me to apply personally in singapore or cani just send it online? Because i find it really hard and too slow to process here in the philippines. So, im thinking if applying from singapore is possible. Thanks!

The only way to know for sure is to use that link. I tried but I don't know all your details so it told me "yes" to an online application, but I was guessing as to most of your personal information. If you use that link, it will generate a code that lets you apply on line if you are allowed to.
