  • You must NOT have previously filed this request on your own.
  • Collaboration is required to obtain supporting documents, such as a formatted letter that meets our criteria.
  • Your appointment will be no sooner than 15 business days from the date Immigroup files the request for urgency.
  • Payment of $169.95 (including taxes) will be charged at the beginning of the service. This fee is non-refundable. An additional amount of $452 (including taxes) will ONLY be charged if we successfully secure approval from an early appointment date.
  • Refunds are NOT provided to clients who don’t meet the above criteria.
  • Please Note: This service is not applicable for events like weddings or graduations, unless you are the bride or groom.

3. The next steps vary based on your chosen service option:

  • Finding You an Appointment: Securing an earlier appointment date typically takes a few days to several weeks.
  • Request an Expedited Appointment: A team member will discuss the urgency of your request and guide you on getting the necessary supporting documents. We’ll handle the rest once you provide these documents (via scanned email). The US embassy will then directly inform you of its decision.

Refund Policy Overview

  • Finding You an Appointment Service:
  • If we cannot secure an appointment within the agreed-upon time frame and city, you’ll receive a full refund of the service fees.
  • If the appointment is slightly delayed beyond the agreed time, we’ll propose a partial refund. However, you retain the right to decline this and request a full refund instead. Please note: the appointment we obtained for you will be cancelled at that point, and you are responsible for finding a new appointment date.
  • Request an Expedited Interview Service:
  • If the urgent request is declined, a refund of $500.00 will be issued. For clients who have been previously refused, the refund amount is $1250.00.
  • It’s important to note that specific clients may not be eligible for a refund due to the weakness of their case or an unconventional reason for the request. We notify clients who fall into this category before initiating the service.
  • Willing to Travel Outside of Canada Service:
  • Please be informed that this service does not have a refund provision.
