I received AOR for my application for Canadian citizenship in Aug 2020.
During the duration of last 3 years, I have mostly lived in my country of origin due to COVID and family reasons.
However, I always maintained the required physical presence of 730 days.
Even right now, while posting my query, I fulfill the requirement.

My PR card expired in Sept 2021 and I got PRTD issued which will expire in Mar 2024.

My citizenship application
:
Only the status of "physical presence" and "prohibitions" is IN PROGRESS.
"Language Skills", "Background verification" and "Citizenship Test" are COMPLETED

As I don't have any other Id proof (like driving license etc.) other than Health Insurance Card,
so mainly for using the PR card for identification purposes, can I apply for it ?
Will this be considered in contradiction with my application for citizenship?

Until you acquire Canadian citizenship, you normally remain a permanent resident of Canada, so I don't see a problem with applying for a PR card. You should perhaps explain your situation in a cover letter with your application for the card.
