How the applicents are assesed undar the skilled worker class? Can you please highlight main thinges of the same?

Skilled workers need to be university educated, employed in that same field for at least a year (full-time), and that job has to be considered "skilled" according to the National Occupation Classification (http://www.immigroup.com/news/working-canada-how-get-noc-code). Also, a Canada PhD degree, or enrollment in a PhD program in Canada can qualify you as a skilled worker. Certain jobs do not require job offers and LMOs (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#jobs) but most do.
