PLEAS HELP ME...... 
I applied for Canada STUDY VISA But i got [size=14pt]REFUSED[/size], i received my passport by courier i found i note in my passport envelope which is IMPORTANT informatin regarding you application sent you by email. But i haven't got any email from visa office. i need my refusal letter urgently to get back my GIC funds which i deposit to ICICI Bank canada. I'm worry about my GIC Amount. i need my GIC ASAP. to apply other country. before that i need refusal email. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO
