How can a foriegner become a citizen of Canada? If a person is from Bangladesh and having 03 years machanical engineering working experience then what should he do to become Canadian Citizen?

You have to be a Permanent Resident of Canada first and then you have to live here for three years as a permanent resident and meet the residence requirements.
