canadian women marrying an egyptian

Hi, Went to egypt married by contract but going back in october to do it at embassy. Do i need something from canada saying im not married in arabic and english and where do i get this from?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean when you say "married by contract." Is this considered a legal marriage in Egypt or not?
Which embassy are you going to? Canada's?
Canada does not have one marriage registry. So you'll need to get a Statement in Lieu of Certificate of Non-Impediment to Marriage Abroad from Global Affairs Canada. If it needs to be in Egyptian too then it will have to be translated, notarized, and maybe "authenticated" or "legalized" as well.
