Denied Non-Immigrant DS-160 US visa to Canadian PR

Hi
I have a question for professionals or who can answer.
I applied in January for US Travel visa and get Green paper saying that I should just wait for further investigation. I feel it is against Human Rights because how come the US Visa office doesn't give any explanation for Visa denial?! It's literally insane, without any explanation just deny the entry...
What do you think I should do? I don't want to be as other people just sit and wait if they approve it or not. It has been already 3 months.

The only thing you can do is file a Freedom of Information Act request with the State Department to see the notes on the file, if they deny it.

They have no obligation to grant you a visa. Sorry.
