Documents sent not acknowledged in Webform

I raised 2 web forms, 1 18 days ago and the next 12 days ago to add some documents to my file and ask about the progress of my application respectively, I received an email today that just said that they are processing my case but doesn't mention if they have received my documents or not. Is there a way on the portal to check whether my files have been added or not? As I am not sure if they have seen my first webform which asked them to add these new documents to my file. They did mention in the email that they are only replying to very specific cases and adding new documents wasn't one of them. My application is SDS study Visa

I'm sorry to say I don't know the answer to this question. I've asked one of our consultants and I'll try to have the answer for you soon.

So you should have received a confirmation email that says the webform was sent successfully but apparently that's all you get.
