Hello all.
So basically I have two degrees
1) B.com Honors (3 years program)
2) Masters in commerce (1 year program)
I want to know which university can recognize both of my degrees. In other words, which university should I choose for ECA? I have done it once from IQAS and it has marked my degree as a 4 year program, which reduces my express entry points.

Your educational credential assessment (ECA) is NOT done by a university. It is done by several agencies (some of which have historical links to some universities but are separate institutions) that are officially recognized by immigration authorities in Canada. The organizations or professionals bodies that can assess your credentials for Express Entry application.

Once you have your ECA, then the university(ies) you are applying to will assess your qualifications based on your ECA.
