Employer Question for IEC Young Professional

I am in the process of creating an offer of employment and it's asking me about benefits which we do not offer to every employee. I have to pick one regardless but if I don't put the worker on benefits will there be a penalty? I know the worker doesn't care.

Sorry for my late reply.

The issue is about whether or not the benefits are standard in the industry. The job offer must meet industry standards. If it does meet those standards without benefits, then that should be fine.
