How to start the immigretion process? By the way, I am student of Engineering and currently living in Hong Kong. Please explain my eligibility criteria and alos whcih documents should I have to applied for?

If you want to come here for your Master's or something like that, you should apply to a university first, and then apply for a study permit through cic.gc.ca.

If you want to immigrate here after you graduate, you may qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker program: http://www.immigroup.com/federal-skilled-worker
