Does Permanent Residence status in Canada permit a person to enter and work in the US? If yes then what would be its proceedure (documentation point of view)
It permits you to enter, provided you are otherwise admissible (and you will still need a visa if you required one prior to becoming a Canadian PR), but it does not permit you to work.
