exception citizenship fees for an adult with disability ?

When applying for citizenship, I would like to know if an adult with an intellectual disability should pay as an adult ($630) or as a dependent child (the mother is also applying for citizenship). ($100)

I found this definition, but I do not know if it apply for the fees:

Who you can include as a dependent child on an immigration application
Dependants over the age limit
Children 22 or older qualify as dependants if they

• have depended on their parents for financial support since before they were 22 and
• can’t financially support themselves because of a mental or physical condition

Ana, in general if you classify as a dependent child then your fees are those of the category you are classified under - in this case, a child. Always check with an immigration consultant to make sure, however.
