I am currently preparing for my IELTS So wanted to know what are my chance of getting PR with 447 score..
Also any other options I can look for..

I haven't updated this in a couple of weeks but here's how the pool stands currently: https://www.immigroup.com/news/express-entry-pool-points-distribution-april-17-2020

The last draw below 450 was in January of 2019, so the odds are not great. (Unless of course the pandemic clears out the pool by people giving up on their applications.)

You need to look for job offers or see if you can get a provincial nomination.
