Fastest, most reliable organisation for educational assessment

Hi, I took a look at the different organisations that can do the ECA (Educational credential assessment) for the express entry.
It looks like all of them charge about 200-250CAD for the service, but only World educational service offers a processing time that seems obvious.

I want to figure out which would be the best organisation to go through.
