I'm trying to get some informetion on the Inland Sponsorship for spouses who are already in Canada/ I read that the spouse may or may not have status but can still be sponsored. How does this work and why is it considred too risky?
Though it is possible, you shouldn't attempt to somehow bring your spouse here without advanced permission. If you are already married, you can sponsor your spouse at the border.
