Dear All,
I recently received ITA on #259 no Program Specififed draw dated August 1 2023 through express entry PNP stream. I have started filling out permanent residency information. In relation, for ID Documents and Summary section on the application page, I don't have a passport or National identity document for my kids.
In my country, you will not be issued National Identity Document unless you are 18 or older. Besides to get a Passport I have to wait a long period of time.
Can I submit a permanent residence application using the birth certification serial number in Lieu of a passport/travel document or National Identity document with a letter of explanation so that the system allows me to the next document uploading sections?
