Medical for dependents who are Canadian citizens

What is the requirement for medical exam for dependents if they are already Canadian citizens? I Sponsored my husband for PR (outside Canada) and our 2 children already hold Canadian passports. Medical request is for all 3 of them. any idea or suggestions? Anyone had similar experience? contacted through IRCC webform but no reply yet. Has to be done within 30 days.Should I just do it while awaiting reply?

Have you travelled or lived anywhere other than New Zealand/Australia? I assume in your application for PR you clearly identified the nationality of your children. It would seem to be an oversight so you could email IRCC and ask for reasons why. Use your online account with IRCC to contact them.
