Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
I'm updating my PR because I have legally changed my name.
On form IMM5444, question 5.1 is: "Have you travelled or lived outside of Canada in the past 5 years".
My answer to this question is yes, because I lived in the US before landing in Canada as a PR in 2019.
Question 5.5 - Time Spent Outside Canada states "You must provide all absences from Canada during the past 5 years or since becoming a PR if less than 5 years ago". I have not left Canada since becoming a PR in 2019, but the form will not validate unless I enter information in these fields.
Not sure what to do here. Help?
