Sponsoring an Aunt from Peru

I'd like to know if I could sponsor my aunt to Canada to help me with my autistic child, He is 11 years old and my aunt has experience working with autistic children,
Is it possible?

Well, it depends if your aunt has trained with autistic children. It's called a caregiver program with IRCC. I am assuming this is not the case. You could try a visitor visa and just ask for some compassion from immigration. If you do go with the visitor visa route, just note typically, you get one chance, reapplying will not work in most cases.
