Where to send application?

I was convicted of (2) DUIs in 1999 and 2000. I believe I am eligible for rehabilitation. I have gathered all the documentation required (a LOT) and am ready to submit. However, it is unclear on WHERE to submit the application. I live in Texas. Do you know:

- Where to send the application?
- What contact name should I put on the envelope?
- What is Canada's preferred carried to get the package to wherever it needs to go?

Thank you,
Jim

Hi Jim,
You have two options. If you are intersted in mailing it, you need to send it to the Canadian consulate responsible for Texas; there is one in Dallas: http://can-am.gc.ca/dallas/contact-contactez.aspx?lang=eng
However, they say they do not handle "immigration". Now, your application is an admissibility issue, not an immigration issue, so I'm not 100% sure whether or not they will accept this application.
Let me talk to one of our consultants and get back to you.
(By the way, the second option that I didn't mention, is to drive to the Canadian border with the application. But that's not really feasible for you.)

Thank you Riley. Definitely interested in mailing it. If I was close to a border, I would take it there, but as you say, that isn't feasible.

Thank you,
Jim

My colleague says you cannot send it to Dallas, have to send it to LA: http://can-am.gc.ca/los-angeles/index.aspx?lang=eng
Any courier should be fine. But definitely send it where you can track the package, you don't want it to get lost.

Hope this helps!
