    Hi, when applying online it states on the> https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/apply/how-to-apply page, i need to have my identity confirmed by a British Passport holder> https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/help/confirming-identity I am unable to do this as i do not know any people in the UK...
