Ask someone to confirm your identity

Hi, when applying online it states on the> https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/apply/how-to-apply page, i need to have my identity confirmed by a British Passport holder> https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/help/confirming-identity

I am unable to do this as i do not know any people in the UK who fits the criteria.

I am a NZ citizen, both parents are born British citizens, now deceased.

The recognized professions listed in the second link apply overseas when you do not know a British passport holder.
