i want know as per new notification about pilot program on 18 june 2019 for caregivers under HOME CHILD CARE PILOT (NOC 4411) and HOME SUPPORT WORKER PILOT(NOC 4412). what are the requirements that employer must fulfill in order to get support worker from abroad.

THANKS FOR UPDATE ITS FULL OF INFORMATION FROM CAREGIVER'S PERSPECTIVE, BUT I WANT TO ENQUIRE WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FROM EMPLOYER'S PERSPECTIVE IN ORDER TO INVITE A CAREGIVER FROM INDIA (LIKE MINIMUM ANNUAL INCOME OF PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYER, HOW TO DETERMINE THAT HE NEEDS CARE GIVER FOR HIS CHILD OR ELDERLY PARENTS AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS THAT HE MUST NEED TO FUFILL TO ISSUE A JOB OFFER)

It seems that the change is towards focusing on the employee rather than the employer, at least publicly. I'm not sure the information you are asking for has been made public. It's probably at the discretion of the person evaluating the application.
