Hello,
I read the Immigroup article on the new citizenship rules. Here is my own case:
My father was born in the UK in 1952. He moved to Canada with his parents (both from the UK) in 1957-58. He now has dual citizenship through Canada, British citizenship being his primary.
He still lives in Canada with my Mother, who is from here. I was born in 1991, and my parents were unmarried. Am I eligible? I would also like to know which forms on the UK gov website would apply to me...I found the UKF. is that correct?
The UK.GOV website is hard to navigate or understand.
thank you for any help!
Alexandra
