Family sponsorship programs in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan allow business owners to sponsor their relatives to come work and Canada, and sometimes allow family members to sponsor other qualified relatives
Hi. My Grandfather was a nurse in the UK in the 1960s when my Grandparents gave birth to my Mum and her twin brother in 1964 to be specific. Shortly afterwards they all returned to Nigeria. My Question- What status or claim does my Mum have for British Passport? And what claim do I have for a British Passport?
Mother was born in London, England in 1936. I was born in the US in 1962. Applied for a UK passport and was refused based on my mother and not my father being a UK citizen. But brother, grandparents, etc. all British citizens. Born before 1983, told I must apply for British citizenship before applying for passport. What are chances of success in this case?
